Warranty

Pro-lite will replace any part less than 12 months old against manufacturing faults, defects or any other fault through wear and tear at our discretion.

We advise that you return the part to the shop where you purchased it and obtain a replacement through them. If you bought the product from us directly, please return it to us marked "FAO Returns", with a note explaining the problems.

Please don't return the item to us if you didn't buy it from us directly - it is important for future product development that we log returns correctly and they come through the correct channels. If you didn't buy the product from us we can't issue a replacement or a refund as you will have paid a lot more for it than the people who bought it off us!!

 

Crash Replacement Warranty

If you damage your product within three years of purchase it can be replaced at a reduced cost (roughly equal to 50% of the current full recommended retail price). Contact us for details.

The replacement will always be the same model and where possible the same colour as the original or the nearest equivalent if the original is no longer available.

To claim your crash replacement please contact us to obtain authorisation and then provide the following:

• The products to be replaced
• Written information about the accident
• Proof of purchase
• A cheque or postal order made payable to 'Polaris Apparel Ltd' for the appropriate amount.
